This project involved developing promotional materials for Hillsdale College’s online course The History of Classical Music: Chopin through Gershwin. The campaign included a 27x40-inch theatrical-style poster promoting the course, an 11x17-inch poster for an on-campus screening event, and a series of 1080x1080 digital assets for social media advertising.
The visual direction balanced historical elegance with contemporary clarity, drawing inspiration from classical concert traditions while ensuring the design felt accessible to modern audiences. Typography, composition, and imagery were carefully selected to reflect the sophistication of the subject matter while maintaining strong visual impact across both large-format print and digital platforms.
The goal was to create a cohesive campaign that elevated the course’s cultural significance, captured audience interest, and translated effectively across physical and digital environments.
